What is the most important rope characteristic to customers?
A rope has many properties like break strength,abrasion resistance or UV resistance.We would talk with clients before production to understand what they are looking for and the application environment.Then we execute the below process to achieve the pre-determined requriements.
We would send one of our coworkers to inspect the material before we receive them in supplier factory. We would do sampling inspection when we receive the material. Inspection items contain chemical composition,denier and tenacity.
A rope passes four steps before finished including material extruded,fiber twisted,yarn stranded and rope braided.We would control the actions strictly at each phase of a process to assure the process outputs will conform to pre-determined requirements.
Our engineer would check the machine stability every four hours to avoid some special situations and to ensure firm output.
Eventually we would test the rope to prove it achieve the required quality indeed according to the standard test methods for fiber ropes. 1.Check form: full inspection or spot inspection 2.Samples prepared : two pieces for each rope,one taken from initial production ,another from production finished. 3.Test equipment:Force application test equipment,diameter measuring device,weighing device,length measuring device 4.Test items: linear weight ,break load,length,weight 5.Test standard: CI1500-02 or ASTM D4268 6.We can also provide clients with classification society certificate if they have additional requests
